	How does temp to perm work?
	When you ring us with a vacancy we will ask for a job description and any other related details. We then check our databases for any registered temporary personnel and if they are not suitable we will advertise and interview. All our work is behind the scenes:- advertising, interviewing, selecting, screening, reference checking, inducting and briefing if necessary. This ensures they are productive immediately. Our quote is inclusive of national insurance contributions and any holiday or sick pay for each temporary worker.

	We get to know our staff on a personal level and they are not just numbers on a database and it is this special quality that sets us aside from other agencies.

	We ask that all temporary workers are registered with us for a minimum of 13 weeks and then give you the opportunity to recruit the temp as a full time worker if it suits the nature of the work. There is no take on fee!
